Oscar's Arts Outpost is open for business!

I have just opened my online shop, I am beginning to add products to the inventory, hopefully a range of products and services will eventually be available via this site, there are already five prints for sale and I plan to put more online soon! Over Christmas I have been able to secure some supplies for the workshop.

Such as a drying rack which I procured from Wiltshire college, it's been upcycled and seems to be just the thing to produce prints, it is capable of producing up to 5 prints at a time. My first print is entitled Infinity and is inspired by both astrophysics and suprematism with a look at Leonardo da Vinci. I plan to use the drying rack a lot and should be able to put work out on the site. You can access the items for sale via the homepage toolbar.

I am also thinking about making some of the photographs available for purchase via pre-order I may well add to the page. It is definitely a big ambition realized to have this online store. I think I can make more work available very quickly and I plan to work on the business side and really promote my work, I have the blog but word of mouth really helps, to spread the word, so tell your friends if you like about the shop!

I have new work to print but I am going to need a bit of time to print off the proofs and have a look at them, some may go into the inventory it really depends on demand at first. The first potential outlet for the shop is prints but I could do other products as well, if they are art related perhaps. I enjoy making art and have a lot of paintings so I think I will put these in a gallery at some point.
